LOCATION: FINLAND (60% REMOTELY & 40% CLIENT MEETINGS)
Job description
We are looking for a committed and proactive person with B2B sales experience in the Nordic market. You should be a natural networker and consider your social selling practice as community building. We need you on board when it comes to our content program so you can't be afraid of the camera.
Responsibilities
Sales Development (60 %)
- Actively generating sales meetings through online and offline activities
- Utilizing Social Selling and Video Marketing tactics to get us closer to our target groups
- Coordinating sales processes from lead gen up to sales closing
Marketing (20%)
- Utilizing our partner channel and business organizations to promote the brand in the region
- Coordinating processes around our original events
- Driving and coordinating ABM campaigns
Internal cooperation (20%)
- Collaborating with the whole Revenue Team (Marketing, Sales, Account Management)
- Collaborating with Consulting Team on our prospecting customers
- Collaborating with Delivery Team on estimates, offers, contracts, sourcing capabilities, and onboarding of new customers

REQUIREMENTS
Here’s a set of skills we appreciate you have:
- Excellent business communication skills in English and Finnish language.
- Another Nordic language would be considered a great advantage.
- A wealth of experience with B2B direct sales within digital solutions, services, or consulting preferably (5 yrs).
- Familiarity with modern B2B sales and marketing tactics: Account Based Marketing, Social Selling & Video Marketing.
- Extensive outbound and prospecting experience.Good understanding of financial technologies (previous Fintech, Financial SaaS, Financial Digital Services experiences or similar).
- Willingness to develop your personal brand on Linkedin under Espeo’s operations.HubSpot (or one of the other top CRMs) and Sales Navigator.

What does the recruitment process for that position look like?

- The next step is phone screening with our recruiter.
- Then, we'll invite you to a meeting with our CRO responsible for the Revenue Team, of which you will be a member in Espeo.
- In the end, we will ask you to provide contacts to people who can give you a reference and evaluate your work. It is essential to understand if you will feel good as part of our team and stay with us as long as possible.
