About this opportunity
Welcome to the Application Engineering team. We add value by support, maintenance, deployment and automation of variety applications. As IT Service Manager, you’ll play a valuable role in providing our customers to the best banking in the world.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing Mobile Payment applications portfolio
- Providing technical expertise on complex technical issues and also guiding team members in solving technical problems
- Leading incident, change and problem management processes
- Maintaining system aviability and sufficient level of IT operation support
- Describing, implementing and optimizing processes
- Making and implementing operational plans
- Managing performance of the managed Service vendor
- Handling risk issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
- Travelling is expected occasionally

Your experience and background:
- Bachelor Degree
- Excellent communication skills with very good level of English
- Good organisational skills
- Leadership in an international company
- Preferable technical knowledge and experience in financial organizations
