Epec, together with its parent company Ponsse Plc, is looking for an experienced program and project management professional for managing and leading a complex technology development project involving several internal and external multinational and demanding stakeholders. You would be responsible for budgeting, resource & project task planning and following project reporting, stakeholder management and overall delivery of the agreed program management and deliverables. You can be placed in any of the Ponsse Group main offices in Finland (Seinäjoki, Tampere, Turku, Vieremä, Kajaani, Kuopio). Remote work is also possible.

We expect you to have a proven track record of successfully finalized large and complex projects and programs with significant business impact. You should have several years experience from working with large OEM-customers and partners, preferably from off-highway, automotive and/or other relevant industries. Understanding of off-highway machines, autonomous and assistance system components and technologies are advantages.

Fluent English and Finnish are essential for this position. To be successful in this position, you need to “see the big picture” and handle complex issues under complex and uncertain circumstances. You must be able to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks and have excellent leadership and management skills. You should be familiar with working and negotiating with people from different organizational and cultural backgrounds.
