Epec is now looking for a Quality Manager who would be responsible for managing, maintaining and continual improvement of our management system. You can be placed in Seinäjoki, Tampere or Turku – flexible fybrid work is possible at Epec

What kind of tasks?

Main tasks include developing processes to ensure customer requirements for product and manufacturing process quality and coaching, facilitating and hands-on working in quality related topics. In this role you shall facilitate and manage quality-related customer concerns in close co-operation with sales, product development, production, sourcing and product support. We expect you to manage customer quality meetings, prepare quality reports, follow quality metrics and arrange audits and certifications. You will also have responsibilities with internal/external development activities.

What we expect from you?

We expect you to have an appropriate degree and a proven track record in maintaining and developing quality, environmental and health & safety management systems and processes. Understanding of Tier 1 or OEM supplier role in automotive and/or electrical/electronics industry and strong experience in managing IATF 16949 are required in the position. We appreciate experience in environmental and health & safety management system management, continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies. Good communication skills with Finnish and English are essential in the position. Some traveling might be required.
