About our team

Meet the SWIFT Applications Maintenance team. Our role is support financial message processing and flows between Nordea and other financial institutions. You will be part of the team which is responsible for support, maintenance and development of integrations between SWIFT and the Nordea's business applications.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support messaging between Nordea and other financial institutions. 
• Second line support towards the end users in SWIFT related issues
• Handle incidents and participate in problem investigations
• Operate and maintain SWIFT applications

Your background and skills include:

• Application administration in enterprise environment
• Application development (basic programming skills)
• Basic knowledge and hands-on experience of Linux, IBM WebSphere MQ and SQL.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL and SAFe processes
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

It would be ideal if you also have:

• Experience working in financial institutions
• Knowledge of SWIFT applications and services in general
• Working knowledge of ISO20022 -standards
