What you’ll be doing:

• drive innovation both within your team and cross collaboratively
• lead designs for major software components, systems, and features. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software
• mentor, coach, and grow other team members on design techniques and coding standards
• contribute to the launch and growth of our latest product to the European market

We are looking for:

• experience designing, building and operating production systems at scale
• experience architecting and developing distributed systems.
• experience in software development, using one or more general purpose programming languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript, C#, Go)
• technical leadership, leading project teams, and setting technical direction
• familiarity with React or other web frontend frameworks
• experience in pair programming and code reviews
• strong organizational skills
• good written and spoken English skills
