IT Infrastructure Manager

Your role

Your main focus will be managing and developing the IT infrastructure to support modern development of internal and external solutions. You are also responsible for monitoring and documenting these solutions. You have the technical ownership of projects with the ability to bring innovative resolutions to complex matters. You work in IT infrastructure as the link between the central ALD International and local IT and business and co-ordinate and lead central developments in a way that all requirements and local legislations are taken into account. You take the technical responsibility of the business continuity function. You maintain and implement the local IT policy and other regulations and instructions to support local and central requirements. You are a part of local IT team and report to IT & Development Manager.

We are looking for

• At least 5 years of experience in IT
• Enthusiasm to new technologies
• Project knowledge
• Able to work independently and as a part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English
• Common knowledge of IT related regulations (eg. ePrivacy, GDPR)
• Broad knowledge of IT in general:
• Servers (Windows, Linux)
• Databases
• Networks (routers, firewalls, switches, wireless, etc.)
• Cloud
• Virtualization
• Integrations
