to lead firmware development and testing activities in Global R&D function in Jyväskylä.

You will have a chance to work closely with various stakeholders across the organization including Product Management, Quality, Product Maintenance and other R&D teams. You know how to develop productive, professional relationships to reach targets and expectations. Presenting status reports and participating even in tough negotiations is familiar to you and you know how to build credibility.

You already have some experience in leading R&D teams and in implementing agile methods. It is important that you understand how to motivate individuals and provide opportunities for growth. Our fast-changing environment often requires fast-paced changes and you as a leader have an important role in communicating the change needs, bringing your team together to understand and commit to the change.

Our customers expect flawless products and solutions, and this is also reflected in your work. You are passionate about quality and have the mindset for continuous improvement – you share this mindset also with your team. As we operate in a truly global environment, collaborating closely with colleagues from various sites and functions, it is important that you communicate fluently in English and Finnish – other languages are an asset.
