Sales Manager (IIoT)
We are a dynamic and innovative partner in the IIoT solutions industry. We specialize in providing cutting-edge technology solutions to enhance businesses and drive digital transformation. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a talented and experienced IoT Sales Manager to lead our new customer acquisition efforts.
As an industrial IoT Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives, focusing on new customer acquisition within the IT consulting sector. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- New Customer Acquisition: Develop and execute effective strategies to identify and acquire new IoT customers
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored IoT solutions
- Deep tech-related discussions understanding the value of our services to the customers
- Setting targets, and guiding to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform strategic decision-making
- Work closely with our agile data/development teams, including marketing, to ensure the seamless delivery of IoT solutions

We are looking for a skilled collaborator looking to learn more and help others learn and who has:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial IoT sales with a focus on new customer acquisition
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of IT consulting business practices and client needs.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good communication skills and fluency in Finnish (required) and English
