We at Clevry are looking for a Senior Java Developer for our client Ekahau Oy. The position is full-time with a permanent contract. You will be hired directly by Ekahau.
Ekahau is the global leader in solutions for enterprise wireless network design and troubleshooting, and more than 50% of Fortune 500 companies run their networks with their Wi-Fi planning and measurement solutions. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be working with Ekahau’s Wi-Fi desktop solution. Your responsibilities will include e.g. participating in and assuming responsibility of designing and implementing software applications and features, as well as improving existing applications.

Main tasks
- Participating in and assuming responsibility of designing, implementing, and managing software applications and features
- Taking an active role in designing new functionality and features
- Inspecting, understanding, and improving existing applications
- Utilising and implementing various test cases and evaluations
- Participating in team-focused developer work, such as code reviews and coaching team members
We expect
- An educational background in computer science or relevant field
- Hands-on experience in building or maintaining cloud-native applications with Java
- Experience with CI/CD tooling and agile development processes
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Experience with Junit, JavaFX, C/C++ and industry specific knowledge in wireless technologies or machine learning are considered a plus
