BN Bank renews its integration architecture with Frends iPaaS

Referenssi BN Bank is among the forerunners in Norway's banking industry, utilizing digitalization and robotization. By adopting Frends iPaaS, BN Bank can gain more control over their APIs and increase cost-efficiency and adaptivity.

BN Bank focuses on providing the best customer experience possible. The digital bank serves its customers by phone and email and excels at delivering short handling times. One of the cornerstones of the bank's operations is cost-efficiency, which they aim to strengthen with Frends iPaaS. The integration platform supplements BN Bank's current RPA solution, which automates repetitive tasks.

Due to strict bank regulations, BN Bank was extremely thorough in its selection process and compared three similar solutions.

The deployment of Frends iPaaS begins with replacing an API solution for BN Bank's CRM system, HubSpot. Then, the goal is to replace some of the external APIs to improve communication with partners.
